Big Bang’s G-Dragon has categorically denied allegations of drug use.

On the 27th, G-Dragon, through his attorney Kim Su Hyun of the law firm K1 Chamber, claimed, “There is no truth to the allegations of drug use.”

He further stated, “The recent news reports regarding violations of drug control laws are unrelated to me. However, I am aware that many are concerned, so I will cooperate fully with the investigative authorities and take this matter very seriously.”

However, the public and industry insiders seem to be turning a deaf ear to G-Dragon’s statements.

On the 25th, the Incheon Metropolitan Police Agency charged G-Dragon with violating the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc.

The police suspect G-Dragon of illegally using psychotropic drugs, but the exact type and number of times have not been confirmed.

After G-Dragon was charged with drug allegations, his past questionable behaviors in interviews and airport departure videos have been brought back into the spotlight.

In May, G-Dragon was spotted behaving strangely at the airport while boarding a flight to Los Angeles to attend the Chanel 2023/24 Cruise Show. His peculiar behavior was so extreme that even his fans had noticed.

Fans who saw this reacted by saying, “I was so shocked to see him like this that I spent a week only looking at G-Dragon videos. It’s so sad. I wish someone could save G-Dragon”, “It’s really heartbreaking. He seems off because of the drugs”, “He seems to need help as soon as possible.”
