Actor Kim Moo Yeol and Yoon Seung Ah, a couple who recently became parents after 8 years, have been the talk of the town.
The couple’s dating evidence was revealed through Kim Moo Yeol’s drunken social media activities in the past.
Kim accidentally sent a public message to Yoon Seung Ah instead of a private one, allowing the public to read his love confession.
Fans couldn’t hide their envy at his emotional message: “In the deep night after drinking, I keep thinking about you, I want to hear your voice, I’m curious about your face.”
Like this, many celebrities can impact their careers with a momentary mistake. Hence, it’s rare for them to engage in social media activities publicly.
Some stars have been embroiled in dating rumors because of a single photo uploaded on social media.
First, we have actors Park Min Young and Park Seo Joon, who demonstrated perfect chemistry in the drama What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim.
The two were embroiled in dating rumors in 2018 due to photos of shoes and hats uploaded on social media, suggesting they shared matching items.
Indeed, netizens found that the shoes and hats worn by Park Min Young were also found in Park Seo Joon’s house.
Both agencies denied the rumors, attributing the speculation to their excellent on-screen chemistry, and the rumors eventually subsided.
Afterward, the rumor faded as both were linked with different people.
Actors Oh Dong Min and Jeon So Min, who became close through the KBS drama special Review Notebook of My Embarrassing Days, were suspected of being in a relationship due to photos posted on their social media accounts.
In particular, Oh Dong Min left a message saying, “My celebrity, my actress, the fabricated pieces of the world she sees.”
To this, Jeon So Min responded by posting a photo together, saying, “My answer. It’s okay to be shaken. It’s more beautiful because it’s shaken”.
After the dating rumors erupted, both immediately denied them, and Jeon So Min drew a line by saying on the show Running Man, “My male friends are blocking my way.”
Although Jeon So Min jokingly explained, if you look at the actual text posted on social media, it feels more like a joke than a romantic relationship.
Actors Lee El and Kim Jae Wook had previously played a couple in the musical Amadeus.
Lee El posted a photo of Kim Jae Wook sleeping shirtless on social media and quickly deleted it.
The dating rumors spread rapidly as Lee El had previously appeared with a coffee truck at the filming site of another work by Kim Jae Wook.
Kim Jae Wook had once been embroiled in dating rumors when Lee El posted a video of a spinning LP turntable while posting a picture of him touching an LP turntable.
However, Lee El explained that the photo was taken when Kim Jae Wook fell asleep in the waiting room, and both sides denied the dating rumors.
Later, another round of dating rumors arose when speculation arose that the hand’s owner appearing in a ring photo posted on Lee El’s social media might be Kim Jae Wook.
Again, they strongly denied the dating rumors, stating that the owner of the hand in the photo was not Kim Jae Wook.
Actress Lee Joo Yeon, a former member of the girl group After School, and Big Bang’s G-Dragon have been embroiled in dating rumors no less than four times.
Their dating rumors were all due to photos uploaded on social media.
In May 2019, Lee Joo Yeon posted a video in the early morning of her joking around with a man using a mobile phone app.
As the deer costume filter effect disappeared, G-Dragon’s face was revealed, and Lee Joo Yeon immediately deleted the video. However, many followers had already seen the video.
In the past, they had posted photos of them paragliding together or joking around naturally, which led fans to suspect a romantic relationship.
Later, they were also spotted enjoying vacations in Hawaii and Jeju Island. In response, both agencies refrained from commenting on the dating rumors, stating it was difficult to confirm their personal lives.
In 2016, G-Dragon was also involved in dating rumors with Japanese model and actress Nana Komatsu due to leaked social media photos.
At that time, photos of their private life were leaked when a personal social media account, believed to be operated by G-Dragon, was hacked.
The photos showed them sitting side by side on an outdoor chair, hugging or facing each other in a restaurant.
Since Komatsu was a fan of G-Dragon and they had even done a photo shoot together, the dating rumors gained more traction.
In response, G-Dragon’s agency, YG Entertainment, responded similarly, stating it was difficult to confirm their personal lives.
Later, another round of dating rumors arose when paparazzi photos showing G-Dragon’s affectionate moments with BLACKPINK member Jennie were released.
Again, they responded with an ambiguous statement, saying it was ‘difficult to confirm their personal lives.’
