Flight 7C 2216 Crashes at Muan Airport: Nearly 85 Dead, Two Survivors Rescued

The incident involved Jeju Air flight 7C 2216, a Boeing 737-800 arriving from Bangkok, Thailand. The aircraft skidded off the runway upon landing at Muan International Airport, colliding with a perimeter wall and sustaining severe damage. The National Fire Agency reported that numerous passengers were ejected from the fuselage, resulting in multiple fatalities. As of the latest update, 85 deaths have been confirmed. Out of the 181 people on board, only two survivors have been rescued so far, with the majority of passengers presumed dead.
