Blackpink has reached another milestone by debuting at No. 28 on Billboard’s Hot 100 with their latest single “Jump,” according to a chart preview dated July 26.
The single also secured the top spot on both the Global 200 and Global Excl. US charts, unseating “Golden” from the soundtrack of the breakthrough animated hit “KPop Demon Hunters.” Billboard remarked, “For the first time, the top two positions on each chart are held by all-female groups, both with significant ties to K-pop.” This marks Blackpink’s third No. 1 on the Global 200 and fourth on the Global Excl. US chart.
The energetic track has dominated Spotify’s Daily Top Songs Global for five consecutive days and debuted at No. 18 on the UK’s Official Singles Chart Top 100.
Currently, Blackpink is in Toronto for their “Deadline” tour; they performed on Monday and have another show scheduled for Tuesday. The dynamic quartet will then head to New York for consecutive concerts on Saturday and Sunday.
