News Anchor Loses Her Front Tooth On Air
Astonishing Reaction from the News Anchor
No Signs of Surprise

CCTV13

News anchors need to handle sudden broadcasting accidents as naturally as possible.

But what if they lose a front tooth during a live broadcast? In November last year, a female anchor from China’s 24-hour news channel, CCTV13, faced a difficult situation on air.

The female anchor was reporting an important international event in a white shirt and a blue suit.

As she spoke, the anchor’s front tooth fell out of her mouth suddenly, and the scene was broadcast live.

However, the female anchor remained calm in the flustering situation.

She quickly reached out and removed the tooth from her mouth.

All the while, the anchor showed no signs of surprise on her face and continued to report the news without faltering.

People who watched the broadcast praised her, saying, “She must have been flustered, but she’s amazing.” They also asked, “How can she stay so calm?” “Not everyone can become an anchor.” And they asked, “But is that a laminate?”

This incident was not the first of its kind.

Previously, a famous anchor from Ukraine also lost a front tooth while delivering news, but she quickly covered her mouth with her hand and continued reporting as if nothing had happened.
