Quick Recipe: Homemade Wine Infused Cheese-Crust Pizza

Daniel Kim Views

Today, I’ll introduce a recipe for cheese crust pizza, a dish loved by kids and adults alike.

You can use regular dough or add a bit of wine to create a wine pizza dough.

This will give a great flavor that offers a rich aroma.

You can add as many of your favorite ingredients as you want for toppings.

I’ve added some lightly seasoned and slightly salty chicken breast and cheese this time.

I also added a generous amount of cheese to the edges to make a cheese crust.

This will improve the overall taste of the pizza.

How to make Cheese Crust Wine Pizza

Pizza Dough: 1/2 cup of bread flour, 3 tablespoons of wine, 1/2 teaspoon of yeast, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, a little water

Toppings: 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, 3 olives, 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1 chicken breast

Chicken Breast Seasoning: 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of mirin, a little pepper

Others: a little olive oil

1. Mix the flour for the pizza dough, then add some wine and a little water, making sure it doesn’t get too sticky for fermentation.

Tip: You can also use white wine.

2. Cover it with a wrap. Once it becomes a lump, leave it for about 2 hours.

Tip: You can also put it in the refrigerator and use it the next day.

3. After spreading the dough widely, pour 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese on the edges and fold the dough inward to make a cheese crust.

Tip: The taste will be even better if you use cheddar cheese together.

4. Spread tomato sauce throughout the center.

Tip: You can also make a sauce by mixing ketchup and mixed herbs.

5. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, stir-fry it in a pan with olive oil, and then add the rest of the seasoning.

Tip: You can also use pork tenderloin or loin.

6. Please add the rest of the toppings, including the seasoned chicken breast.

Tip: If you have some Jalapeños, chop them up and sprinkle them lightly.

7. Bake for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 356 degrees Fahrenheit.

Tip: You need to cover the top with foil in the middle so the cheese does not get thick.

Quick Recipe

Ferment the dough for about 2 hours after kneading, roll it out with a rolling pin, make a cheese crust, add toppings, and bake at 356 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
