One of the best ways to enjoy the popular summer snack, corn, is to boil it using a pressure cooker. A pressure cooker allows you to cook the corn evenly and quickly, resulting in tender and sweet corn.

You’ll need 5 fresh ears of corn, an appropriate amount of water, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and half a spoonful of New Sugar. Prepare the corn by peeling and washing it thoroughly. Sugar and New Sugar are essential ingredients that enhance the sweetness of the corn. Proper use of these sweeteners can make the corn even more delicious.

Here is the method for boiling corn:

First, put the corn in the pressure cooker and pour in enough water to cover it. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1/2 of New Sugar to the water. These sweeteners not only naturally enhance the sweetness of the corn but also deepen its flavor during the quick cooking process in the pressure cooker.

Next, close the lid of the pressure cooker and heat it over medium heat. As the pressure in the cooker rises, reduce the heat slightly and continue boiling for another 10 minutes. A pressure cooker allows you to cook faster than a regular pot, saving time.

After 10 minutes, turn off the heat and wait until the pressure naturally decreases. Once the pressure is completely released, open the lid to reveal tender and sweet corn.

You can enjoy the corn immediately while it is hot or let it cool down and enjoy it cold. Boiling corn in a pressure cooker is a convenient way to enjoy delicious corn even in a busy daily life. The proper combination of sugar and new sugar maximizes the sweetness.

The quickly cooked sweet corn makes an excellent snack for kids and appeals to adults. Enjoy delicious, easy-to-make boiled corn with your family this summer using a pressure cooker.
