She appeared on MBC’s Radio Star and revealed that she has lived in Jeju for two years. She dedicates her early mornings to meditation, yoga, and exercise. After giving birth, Jin lost 28 kg (62 lbs) in just 40 days.

The actress credits her success to three main habits: drinking water, jogging, and meditating. Notably, she has avoided white rice for seven years, believing it to hinder weight loss, and instead chooses healthier options like brown rice and mixed grains.

Breakfast
She starts her day with probiotics, vitamins, and coconut oil capsules. She drinks 800 ml (27 oz) of oat milk, usually with a scoop of powder added, and keeps 100 ml (3.4 oz) of hot water nearby to sip on throughout the morning.
Before lunch
She snacks on cherry tomatoes, vegetables, and fruits while drinking 1000 ml (34 oz) of hot water to stay hydrated.
Lunch
Her meal consists of one microwaved block of tofu seasoned with soy sauce, a portion of banana or sweet potato, or half a serving of rice. She incorporates plenty of vegetables and fruits, noting that bananas and kiwis aid digestion. Another 1000 ml of hot water accompanies her lunch.
Dinner
