Today, we will learn about the food they recommended.

There is a food that BTS often mentions through their fan community.

The protagonists are hotteok and fish-shaped buns, foods loved by people of all ages during winter.

Member RM posted a message saying, “I wanted to eat hotteok at 10 PM, so I went to seven places with my father. I was about to give up because I couldn’t find a place that sold it, but I found Hotteok at the seventh place.”

When his story of finally getting to eat hotteok after much struggle was shared, fans worldwide, including domestic fans, started to show interest in hotteok.

Not only that, but RM also introduced fish-shaped buns, asking, “Do you like fish-shaped buns?” and adding, “There are various flavors, such as cream, but nothing beats the original.”

Videos of BTS members eating and marveling at hotteok and fish-shaped buns in the waiting room have been released.

Fans also reacted to BTS members eating several hotteok and fish-shaped buns in their seats, saying, “I can’t help but eat after seeing this,” and “I have to buy some right now.”

As a result, a trend of fans sharing photos of themselves eating hotteok spread like wildfire among fans.

Netizens admired the sight of every member enjoying hotteok, saying, “They seem to really like hotteok,” and “It’s nice to see them eat well.”

Their mention of hotteok was not a coincidence.

Even when they were staying abroad for filming, they expressed their longing for hotteok while eating pancakes for breakfast.

Thanks to their love for hotteok, many overseas fans started to show interest in this food, calling it Korean Pancake.

Also, questions like “Where can I buy the hotteok that BTS ate?” flooded in.

Meanwhile, member Jungkook once made fans laugh by stating on the fan cafe, “I want to eat hotteok the most!!!!”.

And Jungkook uploaded a photo of the hotteok he made himself, saying, “I originally made four, but I ate two while cooking.”.

This happened shortly after he promised at the fan cafe, “I’ll show you a proofshot of hotteok piled up like a castle,” fans reacted by saying, “Thank you for keeping the promise,” and “I should make some too.”

As a result, keywords like ‘Hotteok mix’ and ‘#I don’t see hotteok shops these days’ trended on Twitter in real-time, becoming a hot topic.

Thanks to Jungkook’s hotteok proofshot, scenes of BTS (Jungkook) Hotteok being sold overseas have been captured on broadcasts.

Many people did not hesitate to praise Korea’s representative winter foods, which have become widely known thanks to their love for hotteok and fish-shaped buns.
