LE SSERAFIM Makes Dream Come True on U.S. NBC Morning Show ‘Today Show’

LE SSERAFIM made their U.S. network TV debut with their first English digital single, “Perfect Night.”

On the 30th (local time), LE SSERAFIM appeared on the Today Show, a flagship morning show program of NBC in the U.S. This marks the first time a fourth-generation K-pop group has appeared on the Today Show, which has been on air since 1952, including both girl and boy groups, with LE SSERAFIM being the first.

LE SSERAFIM (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Heo Yunjin, Kazuha, Hong Eunchae) appeared on the ‘Today with Hoda & Jenna’ segment, hosted by NBC’s flagship anchor Hoda Kotb and journalist Jenna Bush Hager.

The two MCs expressed their excitement about LE SSERAFIM’s U.S. network TV debut, introducing the group as “LE SSERAFIM, who reached No. 6 on the Billboard 200 with their first full album ‘Unforgiven’ and stayed on the chart for an impressive eight weeks. They are here to perform their new digital single ‘Perfect Night'”.

The hosts were surprised by the number of LE SSERAFIM fans gathered in front of the studio early in the morning and asked for their thoughts on this. LE SSERAFIM responded, “It still feels like a dream to be in the U.S. for the first time since our debut.”

LE SSERAFIM performed their first English digital single, “Perfect Night,” amidst roaring cheers. The addictive choreography and melody, combined with LE SSERAFIM’s unique cheerful atmosphere, captivated the audience. In this way, Le Sserafim made a strong impression on the local viewers, adding momentum to their global activities.
