Her boyfriend, rapper Machine Gun Kelly, is mentioned multiple times in the book. Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have been dating since January last year, going through several breakups and reconciliations.

Megan Fox described Machine Gun Kelly as a “32-year-old narcissist,” “true love,” “twin flame,” and “complacent rock star.” On the other hand, she described him as “an addict who can never be cured no matter how much you pray,” “a beautiful boy is like deadly drugs,” and “you are killing me, but my heart will not give up on you.”

Through her poetry, she expressed her sorrow, saying, “There was an ultrasound machine next to the bed. Ten weeks and a day. Would the baby have left a will if it could?” and “But now it’s time to say goodbye. I imagine holding the baby tightly in my chest with my eyes closed. I would pay any price. Tell me how much the soul costs.”

According to foreign media, the child Megan Fox miscarried is speculated to have been conceived with Machine Gun Kelly.

Meanwhile, Megan Fox is a well-known star actress in Korea, having played the female lead Mikaela Banes in the 2007 movie Transformers.
