[Joy News 24 Reporter Lee Mi Young] The group P1Harmony (consisting of members Keeho, Theo, Jiung, Intak, Soul, and Jongseob) is set to perform at the 2024 Governor’s Ball Festival this June in New York.
P1Harmony is confirmed to be the first K-pop boy group to perform at The Governors Ball Music Festival 2024, held at Flushing Meadows Corona Park in New York, USA, from June 7 to 9th. P1 Harmony will perform on Saturday, June 8.
The Governors Ball Music Festival is an iconic music festival held every summer in New York, USA, where artists such as EMINEM, Kanye West, and Kendrick Lamar have performed. Post Malone, The Killers, and SZA are among the headliners this year.
P1Harmony, the first K-pop boy group to be listed in the line-up alongside world-class musicians, previously received enthusiastic responses from local audiences at the U.S.’s biggest year-end show, the 2023 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball. Expectations are high for what kind of performance they will put on at The Governors Ball Music Festival 2024.
P1Harmony is currently making waves on the U.S. radio charts. Their digital single “Fall In Love Again”, released last November, ranked 24th on the Mediabase’s Top 40 Radio Airplay Chart for six consecutive weeks. It has also stayed on the Billboard’s Pop Airplay chart for five weeks, currently ranking 28th (as of January 20).
P1Harmony is returning with their first full album, KILLIN’ IT, on February 5. The full track and music video will be released at 6 PM on the same day, and the album will be released in Korea on the 7th and in the U.S. on the 9th.
