According to the Korean Central News Agency on the 22nd, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un attended the completion ceremony of the Central Party School of the Workers’ Party of Korea the day before. He had visited the site in March when the construction was near completion and returned on the 15th for on-site guidance once it was finished. This marks his third visit this year.

During his speech at the completion ceremony, he highlighted that the most important thing in designing a bright future for the party is to create an excellent party cadre training base, calling it the party’s strategic value.

Kim stressed the need to develop the three essential qualities of party cadres: loyalty, revolutionary spirit, and people-oriented nature. He said, “Inheriting the founding ideology and spirit of the party guarantees the success of the Workers’ Party of Korea. The Workers’ Party of Korea will become stronger starting from today.”

He emphasized that the primary task of the Central Party School is spiritual armament. The leader said the main focus of the cadres is to arm themselves with the ideals, beliefs, and spirit of the first-generation revolutionaries who founded the party.

He praised the school as “a masterpiece of the era showcasing our party’s Juche ideology through architecture.” Kim added, “Expanding this school globally is not just a matter of improving its educational aspects, but is crucial to continue the lineage of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, and securing victories for thousands of generations to come.”

He added, “Making this school a model in the education sector is a major element and extension of the party’s work.”
