Tesla Outshines Competitors with Lowest Maintenance Costs

globalautonews Views

Consumer Reports in the United States has announced that Tesla has the lowest maintenance and repair costs among all brands. This year’s annual car survey for 2023, funded by consumer membership fees, features data obtained directly from thousands of car owners in the United States.

Upon comparing the cumulative costs per brand over 1 to 5 years and 6 to 10 years, it was revealed that Tesla had the lowest maintenance cost. On the other hand, several German car manufacturers, including Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche, were classified as the most expensive brands.

When it comes to affordability, you have a wide range of options. These include Tesla, Buick, Toyota, Lincoln, Ford, Chevrolet, Hyundai, Nissan, Mazda, and Honda.

While this is anecdotal evidence, it seems that battery electric vehicle brands will rank in this list in the future.
