American billionaire Bryan Johnson is seen showing off a pile of chocolates on the table.

Known for investing approximately $2.3 million annually to regain youth, American billionaire Bryan Johnson chose pure, unprocessed cocoa, the main ingredient in chocolate, as his secret to maintaining his youth.

According to the New York Post, on the 25th (local time), Johnson recently revealed in a video posted on his YouTube channel, “I have been eating chocolate every day for the past three years as a means to cheat death.”

In the video, Johnson, showing off a pile of chocolates on the table, emphasized, “It’s not about eating any chocolate, but selecting the high-quality ones. It should be pure cocoa, unprocessed, heavy metal-free, and rich in flavonoids.”

He claimed that consuming a moderate amount of cocoa daily can have amazing effects on brain, memory, and heart health.

He added, “Not all cocoa available in the market is of high quality. Our project team has been sourcing products known for their health benefits worldwide, testing them, and selecting the best quality for consumption.”

Born in 1977, Johnson became a billionaire when he sold his online payment platform company, Braintree, to eBay in 2013 for $800 million. Since 2021, he has invested about $2 million annually in Project Blueprint with doctors to find ways to delay or reverse physical aging.
