Polestar: The Electric Car Brand Customers Can’t Get Enough Of

Polestar has achieved the remarkable feat of winning for the second consecutive year, being named the top brand in the electric vehicle sector in the 2024 Brand Customer Loyalty Consumer Survey.

The survey of the electric vehicle sector was conducted online and through one-on-one telephone surveys from March 11th to 24th, targeting customers with brand experience within the last year. The evaluation items were brand reliability, brand attachment, repurchase intention, recommendation intention, and conversion intention, all of which were measured on a seven-point scale.

Polestar scored the highest score in all evaluation items among the four brands shortlisted in the electric vehicle sector, obtaining an overall score of 27.41 points (out of a maximum of 35 points) and achieving first place for the second consecutive year.

Ham Jong Sung, the representative of Polestar Korea, said, “We are proud to be recognized as the top brand in the electric vehicle sector of the Brand Loyalty Award from our customers for the second year in a row. We will continue to introduce high-quality electric vehicles to the domestic market and strengthen our position as a premium electric vehicle brand by providing a better customer experience.”

Polestar Korea has prepared various benefits for existing and new customers to commemorate its No. 1 selection for 2024 brand customer loyalty for the second consecutive year.

For new customers, they offer various financial benefits, such as a maximum of 60-month interest-free installment programs and a deferred installment program with a monthly payment of $203.91. (based on a 24-year Polestar 2 long-range single motor with a vehicle price of $56,075.68, including the Pilot and Plus packages)

For May, customers who register their information on the MyPolestar page will receive a Starbucks gift card worth $8.93, and there are plans to give away small gifts through a raffle on social media. More details can be found on the official website.
