GS Group’s convenience store chain GS25 announced Wednesday the introduction of an AI-powered beauty kiosk in select stores, offering a one-stop beauty service with skin analysis and instant product purchases. The smart device quickly scans a customer’s facial features and complexion, then recommends personalized makeup, hair, and jewelry styles, along with cosmetics from exclusive in-store brands. The service kicked off its pilot phase in Seoul’s Insa-dong neighborhood, with plans to expand to 10 locations by year-end. (GS25)
