How to Bake Perfectly Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies Every Time

Daniel Kim Views

Today, I will introduce you to a chocolate cookie with a delightful crispy texture and a sweet taste.

Rather than using cocoa powder, we load these cookies with generous amounts of chocolate chips, which we make from finely chopped chocolate.

Their large size is visually appealing, and they taste fantastic.

Even the adults become unstoppable once they taste it, not to mention kids.

You can reduce the sugar if you prefer them to be less sweet, but they’ll still have a sophisticated flavor.

Try this simple recipe by yourself.

How to Make Chocolate Cookies, Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 115g of butter
  • 110g of brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 175g of cake flour
  • 2g of baking soda
  • 200g of chocolate
  • 5g of vanilla extract
  • 1g of salt

Topping: 100g of finely chopped chocolate

1. First, melt the butter in a double boiler.

2. Add sugar, salt, and vanilla extract, then whip thoroughly.

3. Whip until most of the sugar is dissolved.

4. Add the egg and whip lightly.

5. Sift in the dry ingredients and lightly mix.

6. Mixing dark and milk chocolate can enhance the taste even more by adding finely chopped chocolate.

7. Once you incorporate everything without a dry patch, let it rest in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

8. Scoop the dough and place it on the pan.

9. Bake in an oven preheated to 374°F for about 12 minutes.

The cookies out of the oven might seem soft, but once they cool down, they’ll give you a perfect crispy texture. Unless you’re eating them immediately, you can keep them in the freezer in an airtight container.

These chocolate chip cookies are so tasty that you’ll reach for them often.

You can also add other toppings, such as M&Ms, marshmallows, or even finely chopped cheese, according to your preference.

Try making these delicious, quick, easy chocolate cookies and enjoy them as a family snack.

This is a highly recommended show-stopper cookie recipe.
