Lower Your Cholesterol With These Five Foods!

Daniel Kim Views

Recent studies have confirmed that statins, drugs that lower blood cholesterol, are effective in preventing cardiovascular diseases. A comprehensive analysis of 19 related research papers conducted by the Oregon Health and Science University’s Department of Medical Informatics and Clinical Pharmacy found that statins significantly reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases and associated mortality.

Overall, the statin group showed a 31% lower risk of cardiovascular death and a 14% lower risk of all-cause mortality compared to the placebo group.
