The British media outlet Daily Mail reported on the 13th (local time), “Declan Rice of Arsenal topped the EPL 28th round power rankings. Following him, Kai Havertz ranked second in the power rankings. Son Heung Min was selected as the third in the power rankings.”

The report continued, “Declan Rice is performing better as the season progresses. Having left West Ham for Arsenal in the last summer transfer window, Rice has established himself as a key midfielder for the team. Following Declan Rice, Kai Havertz, who ranked second in the power rankings, is playing in multiple positions at Arsenal, including striker, secondary striker, and central midfielder.”

It added, “Son Heung Min has climbed third in the EPL power rankings. He is one of the world’s top strikers with destructive speed, precision, and lethal dribbling skills. Especially in the 28th round of the EPL against Aston Villa FC, he contributed to narrowing the points gap to the top four to just two points.”

The media outlet explained, “Not only has Son Heung Min filled the void left by Harry Kane (Bayern Munich) as the captain of Tottenham, but he is also displaying great skills.”

Meanwhile, Son Heung Min’s primary position is left winger, but he prefers to move centrally for combination plays or to take shots directly. Depending on the situation, he can also play as a right winger, central, or secondary striker.

His strengths include the speed and acceleration to penetrate a defensive wall and powerful and precise shooting with both feet.

He is skilled in line-breaking, breaking the offside line to score. If there is enough space in the penalty box, he can move to the right position to receive a pass and shoot, even under stalling situations, and accurately shoot long-range with both feet.
