Netizens responded with admiration, commenting on V’s appearance with remarks like “He’s handsome” and “That’s V… it’s like he’s filming a movie.” Others expressed longing for his presence, saying, “I miss our well-mannered and handsome Taehyung.”

Some noted his youthful appearance despite military service, saying, “Usually guys look older when they join the military, but he truly looks like a soldier brother.” Many were captivated by his intense gaze, with one saying, “What’s with those eyes? My heart is racing,” and cheering him on.

Last year, after applying, V was accepted into the Special Duty Team (SDT) of the Capital Defense Command in the Army. He was subsequently assigned to the 2nd Infantry Division in Chuncheon, Gangwon Province, in February, where he currently serves as a special member of the Military Police Department under direct command.
