The LA health authorities reported that the man was found with severe head trauma in a residential area of San Pedro, a coastal area of LA, on the 9th and was admitted to a local hospital.

The health authorities distributed information such as the man’s face photo, the location where he was found, and his belongings to local media as his identity could not be confirmed.
