During his two-day on-site inspection of several local industrial factory construction sites, north Korean leader Kim Jong Un ordered the simultaneous operation of health facilities, a hub for science technology distribution, and a grain management facility.
The Rodong Sinmun reported on the 26th that “Comrade Kim Jong Un received reports from commanders about the construction progress after reviewing the layout and landscaping plans for the local industrial factories. He toured the construction sites to understand the current status.”
The newspaper reported that Kim expressed satisfaction with the overall construction progress, which has surpassed the 80% mark. He assessed the quality of construction while reviewing various processes.
Kim emphasized the need for the elevated roles of on-site commanders and construction supervision organizations to build long-lasting local industrial factories.
He instructed the local party organizations and people’s committees to ensure thorough preparation, including establishing raw material bases and training skilled workers, so that when the construction is completed, the people can fully benefit from the entire operation and load.
The newspaper also noted that Kim took significant action to propose a new direction and realize the simultaneous operation of health facilities, a hub for science technology distribution, a grain management facility, and the ongoing local industrial factory projects.
They reported that Kim first directed the military units responsible for constructing the local industrial factory to complete the science and technology distribution hub. He then instructed them to prioritize the structural work on the hospital and grain management facilities and, finally, to complete the construction of each facility according to the annual national plans.
Kim stated, “Department heads will deeply study the detailed plans and specific implementation methods corresponding to the expanded ten-year local development goals. They should discuss, review, and adopt these plans at the December plenary meeting and execute them effectively annually.”
