Tesla CEO Elon Musk and former President Donald Trump’s live discussion was interrupted just before going live.

The Guardian reported that Musk stated on X (formerly Twitter), “There appears to be a massive DDOS attack on X. Working on shutting it down.”

“Worst case, we will proceed with a smaller number of live listeners and post the conversation later.”

Just 20 minutes earlier, he announced that the discussion with Trump would begin shortly, yet the livestream has still not been made public.

Musk mentioned that they “tested the system with 8 million concurrent listeners earlier today” and confirmed that the system itself had no issues.

He added that if the number of concurrent listeners was low, they would conduct the discussion at 8:30 PM and immediately post the unedited audio.
